A Sweet, Hot Southern City

No life in the deep south of Georgia is complete without visiting Atlanta (or, ahem, HOTlanta) and indeed it was time to check the city out. So, camera in hand, we hit all the hotspots. Martinis with skyline view? Check. Night time view from rooftop? Check. Chic transitioning hotel in the heart of the city (where the foibles were almost as funny as, well, ok they weren't funny. but it was all part of the experience and the staff was really great)? Check. Aquarium and Coca-Cola museum? Check. Fine dining? Check and double check. (and the best Thai food I've had in, oh, EVER).
Here's a little look at our whirlwind weekend. Definitely heading back soon. So much still to eat (um, I mean, see).

Hotlanta has never looked better! Favorite shots include: the ambient "shark light" shot of Aaron; branches foreground with Coke in background; kiddies playing with the coke alternate products (tell me you tried "Beverly!?" Disgusting stuff!); and the great curving road leading through the city with the intersection of the tree line - fantastic.
